The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/*), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Acting as Talent Advisor to Hiring Manager on talent market, talent sources, diversity, optimal end to end recruiting process and tools.
- Facilitating Recruitment meetings with main stakeholders to assure understanding of the role and key considerations for posting, sourcing and selection.
- Advising Hiring Managers on interview and selection tools to guarantee quality decision-making process.
- Building proactive talent pipeline and sourcing candidates according to the Strategic Talent Plan and recruitment demand.
- Continuing the revision of the usage of proper Social Media Channels to support employer branding activities.
- Ensuring quality of the data in HR Systems - perform the task within SLAs (including cycle time, time to present, time to offer, etc).
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
- You are a passionate Recruiter & Talent Advisor.
- You have successfully completed business apprenticeship or studies or a similar degree, ideally with a focus on human resources.
- You have a very high affinity for IT systems (MS Office applications, recruiting management systems, etc.).
- You can demonstrate fluent English, German and/or Polish skills (on the top of your home country language).
- Your are bringing in profound HR experience, with a good knowledge in labor law.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Further language skills are an advantage (German or Polish or French)
- Experience in a cross-country recruitment in an international company
- Ideally good active sourcing techniques and tools
Regional Role: The primary location of this posting indicates only the Hiring Manager’s Location. This position is open to candidates located in Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.
