YOUR ROLE

• Join the global Henkel Consumer Brand team to drive and implement our sustainability strategy and roadmaps
• Define targets, KPIs and processes for Henkel Consumer Brands to implement and track upcoming sustainability regulations e.g. CSRD, Green Claims Directive and Directive on Empowering the Consumer for the Green Transition
• Translate the needs of our business into the system requirements, policies and processes together with our expert teams
• Support the sustainable portfolio transformation by putting the consumer in the center of what we do
• Work in close collaboration with the functions of Henke Consumer Brands such as marketing, sales, R&D and supply chain on the seamless integration of sustainability into our business

YOUR SKILLS

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business Administration or Science with focus on sustainability
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in Sustainability and ESG data reporting
• Strong analytical mindset that helps you to understand complex business challenges, conclude concrete actions and communicate those clearly
• Excellent communication skills to establish relationships with cross-functional team members and translate complex business needs in a succinct summary for senior stakeholders
• Understanding of the relevance of sustainability for the different business processes and functions of a globally operating company
• Experience in working with an intercultural team and to act in an international matrix organization
• Personal passion for sustainable living and marketing related questions, independent solution concept development, innovation and technologies
• Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus
