Your primary focus will be to drive sales initiatives within the Turkish market via local distributors. Alongside Rocket’s CEO you’ll be responsible to meet local sales KPIs. Further tasks:

• Develop the Turkish market to a strong IvyBears market
• Execute IvyBears vision on local markets
• Meet local sales KPIs
• Organize and execute marketing initatives
• Occasionally travel to markets to setup local strategy measures

• You have at least 2-3 relevant professional experience in the area of sales operations and international business development, particularly within the Turkish market
• You speak English and Turkish fluently, German skills optional
• You are a do´er and you convince with your outgoing personality
