Your tasks:
- Independent entry of orders and customer orders
- Checking delivery dates, delivery conditions, stock levels, offer prices, etc.
- Creating order confirmations or other internal order-related receipts/documents
- Creating documents for production and the warehouse
- Clarifying and creating invoices, credit notes, discounts, etc.
- Preparation of quotations for systems and original parts within the specified technical and financial framework, including all calculations, queries, research, etc.
- Clarification of missing information with technology, production, shipping, service and customers
- Independent determination of the information required to prepare quotations
- Representation within the team and taking over their tasks
- Supporting your own customer base
- Initiating and tracking new customer installations
- Initiating and tracking new part installations
- Carrying out compliance checks (AMBER process, consultation with legal department if necessary)
- Ensuring price maintenance in the 'proAlpha' ERP system
- Filing and documentation of quotation and order documents
- Storage of customer information, quotation information
- Reporting according to the supervisor's specifications
- Providing technical advice by telephone and e-mail (primarily in German and English) within the specified framework, if necessary in cooperation with the engineering department or field service
- Communicating technical information to customers and internal departments
- Ensuring customer contacts and customer care
- Support with mailing and promotion campaigns
- Acceptance of customer complaints
- Support with price adjustments in the area of marketing (price lists, etc.)
- Occasional visits to customers and trade fairs
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk) with technical experience
- At least three years of professional experience after completing training
- Ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of English
