As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic working student (m/f/d) to join our Human Resources department of Moxa Europe.
As a working student in our Human Resources department, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies + policies. You will work closely with our HR team, supporting day-to-day activities and projects aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
You’ll support the entire Employee life cycle in several areas such as recruiting, onboarding, administration, offboarding and further Human Resources related tasks. The assignment could be for 6 up to 24 months, with 15-20 working hours per week on average. An extension of the contract’s duration can be considered.
The major areas of responsibility for this role include:
- Support the department in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS Personio including the support of our monthly payroll process.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding processes and activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our new hires.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in the coordination of training and development programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team which includes some tasks as well from our Office Management (e.g. Health & Safety activities).
In addition, topics will be included such as:
- Updating and maintaining the People & Culture SharePoint
- Contributing to various projects like implementation of further modules in our HRIS Personio (Performance Management etc.) and a new ATS
Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Team player with good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Excellent English and German skills
