At the Helmholtz Institute Freiberg for Resource Technology (HIF), innovative technologies for the circular economy are developed to provide and use mineral and metal-bearing raw materials more efficiently and to recycle them in an environmentally friendly way.

The Department of Exploration is looking for a Project Communications Officer (f/m/d) (subject to project approval).

Your tasks:

• Development and execution of a communication and dissemination strategy for a large EU funded project

• Ensure consistent communication and branding

• Create and implement an outreach plan to reach varied audiences

• Develop engaging content for various channels, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases

• Organize and manage project events, workshops, and webinars

• Ensure compliance with EU guidelines and reporting requirements

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in communication and dissemination

• Content creation skills

• Proficiency in digital communication (e.g. social media)

• Organizational and project management skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment

• Very good oral and written communication skills in English
