Manager Strategy and Operations in Bayern bei Tracxn Technologies

This role combines problem solving, operations, project management, people management, and execution skill sets. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects around people and support operations within the product and marketing departments, ensuring that the team has the resources and support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities - in detail:

• 
  HR > Hiring - Lead the hiring efforts for the product and marketing divisions, conduct senior candidate interviews, and manage junior hire offers.

• 
  HR > L&D - Oversee the training and professional development to ensure smooth transitions and clear role understanding.

• 
  HR > Team events - Plan and budget for team activities and events.

• 
  HR > Team satisfaction - Conduct one-on-one meetings with mid-level employees to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.

• 
  Support > KPI tracking - Develop tracking systems to ensure processes and tasks are completed on time.

• 
  Support > Internal marketing - Work on internal marketing including managing product webinars, internal newsletters, feedback collection & improvements etc.

• 
  Support > Customer reach outs - Run customer outreach campaigns on behalf of the Chief Product Officer (CPO), help organize calls with customers and manage feedback.

• 
  Org structure - Work closely with the CPO across multiple product and marketing initiatives and manage an HR manager through which you lead the various HR initiatives like Hiring, L&D etc.

Requirements

• Want to grow into a people management style leadership role. This role requires a lot of people interaction and people related problem solving.

• 
  Have a total of 5+ years of experience in Project management or equivalent. Having managed people is a big plus.

• 
  Have good problem solving and case building skills. Also, being able to communicate clearly and present crisply are important for this role.

• 
  Are able to work well with data and build dashboards to visualize whether departments and processes are running smoothly. Being good with Excel is a big plus.
