We are looking for a Senior Travel Product Manager (f/m/x) who will passionately manage the destinations USA, Canada and Iceland.
THIS IS NOT A TECH-PRODUCT/ DIGITAL-PRODUCT POSITION
What is the role about?
- You have full ownership of the growth and performance metrics (OKRs, KPIs, SLAs) of all destination countries assigned to you
- You are responsible for the creation, end-to-end management and constant optimization of unique and competitive travel itineraries to drive customer experience and NPS scores
- You conduct regular performance reviews with our suppliers and local partners to drive growth and performance, and to find swift solutions to our business challenges
- You are the go-to person for our internal stakeholders and carry out product trainings as part of the onboarding of our sales and booking agents
- You analyze performance data & create insightful reports, gather market intel, create competitor analyses & provide feedback to stakeholders for key decision-making
What will you need to be successful?
- You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training in Tourism, Business Administration, Sales or similar
- You bring along several years of professional experience at a tour operator, DMC on online travel agency (OTA) and possess a good understanding of digital supply in the travel industry
- You are familiar with the tourism industry, seasonality and travel products of the North American region (especially: USA, Canada, Iceland) and aspire to create truly unique travel experiences
- You want to make an impact, you possess a structured working method and affinity for numbers
- You possess very good spoken and written English skills
