Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, enthusiastic Vendor Manager (m/f/d) for the Frozen category to join our Amazon Fresh team in the fast moving consumables business in Munich. The Vendor Manager will own relevant metrics for his category, the development of his category, vendor negotiations, selection management and sourcing. The Vendor Manager will also drive initiatives and projects to improve customer experience and overall business development.

• Manage relevant business metrics
• Manage and improve customer experience
• Manage selection and availability from new and existing vendors
• Establish & manage long term relationships with vendors by driving negotiation and re-negotiation of their terms
• Drive campaigns and projects
• Liaise with the Operations, Marketing and Supply Chain Management teams to assist in decision making processes for managing stock, quality and inventory

• Experience in Retail/FMCG/E-commerce
• Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving business performance
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment is essential for success
• Ability to think strategically and tactically, with attention to detail
