In-Store Excellence Specialist (Retail Business Specialist), reporting to our Sales Performance Manager, Bill Schuler.
Position Purpose - Ensure business opportunities maximization through continuous funnel improvement and highly effective in store diary management.
Key Responsibilities - Monitor average length of each funnel segment, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if required. Keep a close eye on booking out, instant trial adoptions and time to delivery as key drivers to reduce funnel length.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs related to agenda saturation and appointments, both in terms of quantity and quality, to guarantee the right traffic into the shop along with a good show rate.
- Carry out deep dive analysis on channels and customer types and produce any other analytic view that help better understand how the agenda is managed in the store, aiming at ensuring continuous performance improvement and increasing productivity.
- Regularly evaluate appointment mix, combining pre-sales and post-sales activities, and using time to appointment as a KPI. Work along with IT, Supply chain, Administration and other company functions to reduce unproductive times boosting productivity.
- Provide stores and the larger Sales Team with guidelines related to the best and most effective work organization in-store to continuously foster productivity optimization.
- Promptly share with the Sales Team any criticalities and concerns related to diary and appointments management and propose immediate actions.
- Guarantee the best in store customer experience, working along with the marketing department and acting as connection point between Strategic Marketing and Field Organization.
Key Skills - Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields
- Fluency in German and English language is a must
- 2 years of working experience of analyzing data and being able to make recommendations and commercial decisions based on findings, ideally within the retail environment
- Experience in management of complex structures of data and inclination to data analysis combined with business impacts.
- Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, macro, statistics formulas).
- Knowledge of Power B.I.
