The Role:
As the Director of Global Marketplaces, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Your primary focus will be on developing a global Amazon & various other marketplaces strategy, supporting the team in managing and launching marketplaces in various countries. Additionally, you will be an integral part of the Global Commercial Management team, contributing to the development of Lovehoney Group's Commercial Strategy.
- Global Amazon Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive global Amazon strategy to maximize business impact
- Profit and Loss Oversight: Managing profit and loss for all Marketplace accounts to ensure optimal performance
- Team Leadership: Supervising Marketplace Consultants and agency relationships, including overseeing paid marketing activities
- Business Growth: Managing e-commerce software and identifying opportunities for growth through new channels
- Sales and Profitability: Establishing processes to drive sales and profitability, including brand protection strategies
- Product Range Selection: Coordinating with the New Product Development team for Marketplace range selection and launches
- Minimum7 years of Amazon Seller Central experience
- Proficiency in analytic tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Brand Analytics
- Experience working in a large company with a high level of excellence
- Knowledge of other marketplaces (e.g., eBay) would be advantageous
- A proven track record (4+ years) of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and mentor your team
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
