Luxury Advocacy & Partnerships Manager
Location: Hamburg

As premiumisation keeps driving the spirits category growth, we have a bold ambition to double our Luxury business in the next 5 years.
Top Accountabilities
- Establish Diageo as the preferred Luxury spirits and growth partner with key Trend Leading Accounts and Taste-makers.
- Lead NE Luxury Advocacy Strategy and Execution across markets.
- Define Advocacy focuses, develop plans, and critical metrics for NE.
- Support NE Luxury team in creating distinctive brand experiences.
- Lead the World Class approach for NE and plans to build our luxury brands portfolio and our network of TLAs.
- Drive Diageo and Luxury portfolio interest and love through meaningful acts in culture, strategic alliances, and partnerships that drive value.
- Understand and influence external environment across key halo customers, media and entertainment industry, partnering with the local Brand Ambassadors.
About You
- 7+ years of Advocacy, customer facing and brand/customer marketing experience.
- A luxury minded person with high energy, inspiring, and self-starter.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and influencing a wide variety of partners (internally and agency).
- Existing capability to foster genuine relationships built on mutual trust and respect.
- Passion for brilliant storytelling.
- Demonstrated strong creative judgement and flair.
- Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and matrixed environment.
- Deep personal accountability for outstanding performance.
- Proficient German or Dutch is a plus.
