SUMMARY:

The individual will be in charge of driving the business growth by enhancing our DTC consumer experience in collaboration with other functions. This includes managing our existing and future Parcel Carrier Network in Europe as the transportation mode for all our markets that we operate in our DTC Environment, until we develop and transition to our Omni Channel capabilities. She or he will support the relationship with major Carrier partners, as well as OPEX budgets, and will work within a small operations team in-house; with the expectation to constantly challenge and improve the current situation and ensuring that the Carrier Strategy is cosistant with the Overall Transportation strategy across all sales channels.

She or he must be comfortable with working in a highly cross-functional environment, working closely with different European and Global DTC teams, especially regarding technology and Reporting. She or he must have a can-do attitude, and a proven ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, build strong partnerships across the organization, and influence others.

This role will lead Carrier Management Services for our Europe Region for all types of DTC Ecom and Market Place services for Levi internal & external customer Digital, Market Place (EU) and DTC Ecom. As a manager of the Carrier Network focusing on outbound flows, this role will oversee the activities to achieve tactical objectives, quality, cost, and service.

Role will be responsible for starting and finishing tasks and leading the execution of the overall department and Consumer Experience goals. The Manager is responsible for effectively communicating cross-functionally to maintain the most productive and efficient workflow for the Carrier Network function. This involves driving all financial metrics while ensuring all service commitments are met for all DTC business channels. The leader drives performance and accountability while enforcing Levi’s Core Competencies.

Organizational Impact: Responsible for a flawless execution of the fulfillment of eCommerce and Marketplace orders from order placement until delivery, including returns.
