The Manager Talent Development ("Learning & Development") (m/f/x) owns the need-based design, implementation, delivery and evaluation of learning and development measures for the regional population, including a target audience of retail and non-retail talents. Reporting to the Director Talent, the responsibility comprises various measures of our learning and development portfolio, such as learning journeys within our very own PVH University, talent programs and trainings, to name a few. This role partners with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders within HR, regional leadership and our peers across Europe to form great and collaborative relationships.

A day in the life of a Manager Talent Development (m/f/x):

• Analyze organizational and individual learning and development needs

• Develop a training deployment strategy based on a global roadmap and assess the impact of learning and development initiatives to optimize the offering

• Deploy talent development programs and measures such as, but not limited to, learning journeys or academy programs, live-online or classroom trainings, workshops and others

• Be a subject-matter expert and administer our existing learning and development platform

• Autonomously maintain and further develop the regional onboarding journey for PVH’s retail and non-retail population

• Support global talent management measures by distributing resources and guidelines locally, delivering additional education formats, and providing feedback to global topic owners

What do we need from you? You have:

• A university degree, ideally in adult education, psychology, human resources, management or equivalent

• Experience in the retail, fashion or consumer goods industries is a plus

• A minimum of 4 years work experience in Talent Development or Talent Management

• Experience working in an environment in which business processes, tools, deadlines, etc. are continually evolving

• An independent working style

• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills

• Proven project and change management capability

• Fluency in German and English (written/spoken)
