BUSINESS UNIT FOOTBALL
Working in a dynamic multi-national environment driven by a passion for football the Football Footwear and Hardware team strive for constant innovative product newness, exciting and engaging the consumer into the world of the most thrilling sports. Through teamplay, we create a product offer with which the football athlete can perform at the highest level.
BUSINESS UNIT ORIGINALS
The team is responsible for the Go To Market and communication strategy for Europe in the key categories of Originals, Basketball and Hype. The role will support and aid the category communications team for Europe with immediate campaigns and team tasks. Deliverables will include assisting with the creation of materials for cluster use, system and process updates, consolidation of market feedback, alignment with the global team and preparation of Europe milestone meetings.
BUSINESS UNIT SPORTSWEAR & TRAINING
The Team implements global strategies and product ranges in a locally relevant way for Europe, considering different consumer needs and distribution channels.
It provides clear and relevant commercial input in terms of consumer needs, market particularities, and channel needs.
BUSINESS UNIT RUNNING & CREDIBILITY TEAMS

YOUR TASKS:
- Understand and grow the knowledge of the respective category and it's product range & overall KPI’s
- Support in driving interaction with key strategic accounts in preparing towards key milestones
- Responsible for market and digital research to identify levers to grow brand’s share across key strategic accounts
- Support in planning and execution of key projects to achieve objectives of SBP 2025
- Understand European consumer retail environment, buying patterns, competition landscape and prepare recommendations
- Support in coordinating with stake holders in consolidating and sharing relevant information
- Lead by example to learn and grow while collaborating with rest of the team to support wherever required.
YOUR PROFILE:
1. Student of Business Administration, International Business or similar with a focus on Marketing/Sports/Fashion
2. Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
3. Or in the so-called gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (gap year regulation only applicable to EU citizens due to working permit regulations)
4. Candidates in penultimate year of study preferred (following the internship, students should have maximum one year to graduate)
5. Sports or Fashion background will be preferred
6. Good level in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
7. Team-player and entrepreneurial thinking
8. Passion for Sports
9. Fluent English (written & spoken)
