Scrum Master
The Opportunity:
As a Scrum Master, you can lead the delivery of solutions to EUCOM development and operational and data team operations in a fast, Agile environment. If you’re looking for the chance to not just lead an agile team but to create products that will make a difference, we need you on our team. This role is more than just facilitating Agile ceremonies. We need a Scrum Master who will use their passion to drive solutions through the delivery of new tools and techniques and deliver back-end and front-end solutions to integrate data and tech into the EUCOM operational environment.

You Have:
- Experience with leading or operating in a team executing development and delivery of capabilities within Agile processes
- Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Experience with facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Experience with supporting a Service component or Combatant Command
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of DoD systems and data, including Advana
- Knowledge of Command intelligence organizations and functions
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possession of strong team interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Agile Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
