Your responsibilities

Support the global marketing by tag teaming the daily to-do list and assisting with execution of global marketing activities to help generate demand markets.

Execution support of tradeshows
Management and tracking of Marketing invoices- new vendor set up
Creation as well as optimization and revising of marketing documents (flyers, presentations, etc.)
Maintaining content in our global intranet via Sharepoint
Experience in the creation of texts
Reporting of online marketing results
Ownership of promotional materials program, including selection, ordering, and fullfilment support
Provide general marketing support and coordination to internal stakeholders
Continuous data maintenance in Salesforce

Your profile

Continuing studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing or comparable qualification
Willingness to observe, learn and impart knowledge
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Innovative, creative, and results oriented
Willingness to learn and general understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
Good german and intermediate to fluent English skills
