Tasks

• Assisting in the creation and scheduling of social media content
• Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics
• Engaging with and responding to social media followers
• Assisting in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns
• Researching and staying up-to-date on social media trends and best practices
• Assisting in the creation of social media marketing reports and presentations
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels
• Assisting in the creation of a social media content calendar.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Experience creating and managing social media campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid promotion
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with graphic design or photo editing software a plus
• Familiarity with marketing and branding principles
• Strong interest in the industry and a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in social media marketing.
• Strong analytical skills, able to track and report on campaign performance
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
