Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you ideally have several years of consulting and international experience. You are motivated, enjoy working with a wide variety of stakeholders, have an entrepreneurial mindset, driving ideas in a complex and high-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for independently managing strategic initiatives and driving them to success
You have full responsibility for your projects from analysis to implementation, including cost- and project goals
You drive a strong cross-functional collaboration with the business including sales, marketing, finance, sustainability, and logistics
Generally, you work closely together with interdisciplinary teams of local, regional, and global stakeholders

Your profile and qualifications:

Several years of professional and international working experience, ideally in a strategy consulting environment
Skilled in managing complex projects and numerous stakeholders; additional experience in a technical setting will be an asset
Excellent master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Very good communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and proficient knowledge of German expected; additional languages are a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to lead the way in complex and high-paced environment
Willingness to travel internationally and to take the next career step within the next 2-4 years
