Campaign Expert (all genders)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess cross-channel experiences and consider the entire customer journey, including deriving learnings for new journey designs
- Collect customer data and insights from various channels (e.g., NPS scores)
- Support the Analytic Translators in analyzing customer data and insights to understand and predict target customers' behaviors, needs, and preferences
- Responsible for testing new features, functionality enhancements, or other digital/omnichannel initiatives
- Incorporate external and internal insights into the campaign development and design process
- Continuously strategically develop doctor and patient platforms (e.g., SPACE, Gynfakultät) in line with the product strategy decided by the product team, including the development and integration of innovative (customer retention) tools and functionalities for new and existing customers
- Manage social media, web, and mobile channels, including continuous improvement of user-friendliness and expansion of digital offerings (Google Analytics, re-targeting, etc.)
- Advise internal cross-functional teams on the efficient technical implementation of ideas in campaign design
- Troubleshoot and resolve simple campaign and setup issues in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) - pre-configure information for relevant interfaces between SFMC and other platforms (e.g., Veeva CRM and Customer Data Platform)

- Completed university degree in marketing, digital, medicine, natural sciences, or business administration
- Basic understanding of medical contexts
- Experience in creating, managing, and executing customer experience journeys
- Planning and executing digital marketing and/or omnichannel campaigns across multiple channels (especially in the areas of e-detailing,
website strategies, email campaigns, and remote calls) - Knowledge of website analytics (including Google Analytics, SEO, SEA)
- Strong ability to measure omnichannel performance against business objectives, derive insights, and optimize and develop accordingly
- Understanding and anticipating customer needs and deriving appropriate actions
- Experience in planning and implementing digital/transformative change initiatives such as the introduction of individual new communication
channels at the local level - Digitally savvy individual with excellent project management skills
- Experience collaborating with global, regional, and local internal stakeholders
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex issues and processes at all levels of the organization
- High team spirit to communicate and collaborate effectively with various cross-functional and cross-country teams
- High willingness and ability to learn to acquire new therapeutic fields and products, marketing strategies, new digital channels, and
communication options, also through self-study, and to gain expertise - Very good knowledge of German and English
