Role Summary Purpose:
Responsible to build and execute the Operations and Facility site budget- Responsible of Operations management and performance of the site (QCD)
- Responsible of the site compliance, certification and safety of all employees hosted on the site (EHS)
- Responsible to coordinate the interactions between functions on the site: Operations, Support and Product Lines’ Functions, Services Region functions
- Drive operational performance and continuous improvement across sites
- Drive the sustainability improvement plan across sites
- Takes active role in the continuous improvement process to boost consistency and quality
- Continuously builds the conditions to position this plant as best in class in the company as well as in the industry
- Motivates and inspires the team towards the result-orientated direction of the plant, ensure both flexibility and stability. Operational performance of the plant should remain on a fast track

we ... expect for this position, in addition to a cooperative, independent, and methodical way of working, a pronounced commitment and communication skills as well as assertiveness. You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business administration (operations) from a recognised university or college and bring experience in a management position in manufacturing. You meet KPI`s and have the ability to respond positively to new challenges and continuous improvements while maintaining current standards and are fluent in German and English, as well as Italian.
