Who we are
Our purpose is to build organizational transformation capabilities and sustainably anchor proactive transformation with a focus on people as a common practice at Siemens. To achieve this goal, we act as catalysts and experts for strategic workforce transformation leveraging our diagnostic tool #NextWork® as well as on New Ways of Working. Within these topics, our responsibilities include the strategic development, product development and enablement of the organization. We do this as a business-, data- and ecosystem-driven team consisting of highly engaged and hands-on individuals with a passion for the Future of Work.
What part will you play?
- You will take responsibility for new and further development of initiatives and projects, such as New Ways to Work and #NextWork® and can try out new approaches in an international environment. #IdeasAreAlwaysWelcome
- You will also contribute to the communication around our exciting topics and let your creativity flow - in internal as well as external channels.
- You will support us in our day-to-day business, for example in the preparation of management documents, in the support of research projects or in the organization of events.
- You will also support our team with administrative tasks, which you will coordinate independently and be happy to optimize using collaboration tools.
What you need to make real what matters.
- Your curiosity and critical questioning come first for us!
- You are interested in current HR trends and developments in the world of work and have already gained some practical experience in this context, preferably around transformation.
You are currently studying at a college/university with a deep interest in the future of work (preferably interdisciplinary) and have 15 - 20 hours / week to tackle the topics together with us. - You are looking for personal responsibility and independence in your work, even as a working student, and are familiar with a dynamic environment.
- You are familiar with PowerPoint, Excel & Co. and have an affinity for digital tools and media.
- You are not afraid to give presentations in front of colleagues.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
