Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung eines ca. zehnköpfigen Teams des zugeordneten Produktionsbereiches sowie Mitarbeiterentwicklung
- Aktives Mitarbeiten
- Durchführung von organisatorischen Aufgaben, wie die Schicht- und Urlaubsplanung
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Kapazitätsplanung
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Terminen, der Qualität und Quantität – Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
- Sicherstellen der technischen und kaufmännischen Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit zur Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und deren stetige Verbesserung durch eine kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
- Verantwortung für 7S
Unsere Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbar
- Führungsstärke und erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern
- Gute MS Office- sowie ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
