The Opportunity
The business has a unique opportunity to realign business processes globally and make the entire Group ready for the future. Today, around 14,000 employees work with existing SAP ERP systems. They call up over 50 million transactions every month.
ZEISS aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems, from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing around; Efficiency, Effectivity, Speed, Flexibility & Compliance.

The Role
ZEISS are seeking a passionate, dynamic Junior Hub Business Expert (f/m/x) to join this exciting time for the organisation. The successful candidates will be responsible for working in partnership with senior business experts to collect business requirements and specify process adaptations.
You will be required to analyse business requirements towards the global SAP template, whilst ensuring you support senior hub business experts with the design of required end-to-end process adaptations to global template processes
Key Responsibilities

Analyse (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners

Support senior hub business experts with the design of required end-to-end process adaptations to global template processes

Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes

Support the definition and conduction of functional test cases

Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments)

Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training
Qualifications and Skills
-
2-4 years of relevant professional experience

Basic understanding of one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management)

First experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling
