Join an international team and assist patent attorneys with English correspondence to clients, foreign associates and European Patent Office.

Your tasks:

• Word processing
• Preparing forms
• Monitoring due dates
• File management
• Email correspondence
• Organizational tasks

Our requirements:
- Must have -

• English native speaker
• Computer skills
• Good organizational skills
• Detailed approach to work

- Preferable -

• Preferably conversant in German
• Experience as an administrative assistant or in audio typing
• Ability to work accurately under deadline pressure
• Already gained experience in a patent law or law firm
• Good communication skills
• “Teamplayer”
