• Establishment of quality gates in particle sensor production, including documentation
• Planning, coordination and management of measures to ensure the quality of our particle sensors
• Development and implementation of measures for internal quality improvement
• Establishment of a processes for delivery control
• Development of quality statistics
• Development of a system for assessing the effectiveness of measures
• Implementation of error management and improvement processes
• Training of team members in quality management methods
• Development and implementation of a quality management system for our particle sensing product line

• High level of expertise in quality management tools and methods
• Experience in quality management of developing and manufacturing companies
• In-depth knowledge of quality management measures in Product Generation Processes, Product Quality (FMEA) and product manufacturing (incl. norms like ISO 9001)
• Experience to work within several project teams as a part of the team
• Joy in designing processes and a high level of analytics and a pragmatic willingness to implement them
• Fast comprehension, high self-motivation and ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary team
• Great team player with a high level of social skills
• Strong inclination towards implementation including the necessary pragmatism
• Understanding of change and building structures in fast-growing start-up
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Very good language skills in English, both written and spoken; German can be an advantage

Q.ANT is a high-tech startup driving and industrialising photonic quantum technology, pushing the borders to new fields of application and processes. The company was founded in 2018 and is part of the TRUMPF Group. Q.ANT develops quantum sensors and photonic chips and processors for quantum computing based on its Quantum Photonic Framework.
