Following great success in the UK, we are now planning to enter into Germany, the largest automotive market in Europe. The German office, through a full legal entity (GmbH) will be responsible for conducting all Onto’s activities in Germany working with the European HQ located in the UK.

Aufgaben

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Manager to support the inspiration and education of Onto customers. This role sits within the Marketing Team and will be part of creating a comprehensive content strategy that spans the entire marketing lifecycle. This role will coordinate PR and partner with the broader marketing team, including areas such as brand, growth & retention, to deliver content-focused projects to achieve business objectives. Equal parts creative and process-driven, this is an essential role as we strive to better educate customers on EVs, subscription economy, and how to best use Onto as a service.

What you’ll be doing

• Work collaboratively with PR agencies on delivering industry and consumer press to increase brand awareness and consideration.
• Lead communication across organic social media channels; LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, as well as our online community forum.
• Line managing a Marketing Assistant.
• Create content for marketing assets across paid channels, blogs, educational guides, testimonials, presentations, videos, etc.
• Create engaging car pages to sell the cars and their key features.
• Develop unique, engaging, solution-oriented content that can scale to global marketplaces while maintaining brand and product standards, voice, and style.
• Explore new and emerging communication channels and content formats.
• Conduct content-focused tests through channel marketing activity and scale results to improve content engagement.
• Understand content metrics and evaluate and iterate based on results.
• Interview customers for testimonials and case studies to help us better address their needs through content.
• Leverage data and insights from business teams to inform messaging and strategy.
• Deep dive and understand audience pain points to turn them into insightful, action-driving content.
• Coordinate and lead translations across teams.

Qualifikation

About you:

• 3 or more years in a communications role, primarily in a fast-growing startup/scaleup/company.
• Experience in managing PR agencies or executing PR strategies.
• You have a "no job is too small" attitude, and you are passionate about working with and learning from industry-leading experts.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A creative thinker, you have a hunger for
