Your Responsibilities:

You will shape the product portfolio for Milling Round Tools throughout the product lifecycle.
After conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends, you will translate those insights into product requirements.
You will compose business proposals for new products and present them in front of the management team.
Developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets or expand market share for milling Round Tools will be an important part of your responsibilities.
You will work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to coordinate product launches and promotions.
Participation in international project teams and presenting status reports and proposals at steering group meetings will be part of your responsibilities.
You will evaluate product performance by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue and market share.
Across the organization, you will communicate product updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Areas for optimization and growth will be identified by you by analyzing data from customer interactions and market research.
You will provide technical support and assist in testing prototypes both in-house and at customer sites.
You will lead product launches regarding training, promotional activities, videos, press releases, and roadshows.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in product management, sales or engineering
Strategic thinking capabilities and a can-do-attitude
Strong affinity for technical topics#
Ability to recognize long-term developments and trends
Outstanding communication and presentation skills in an international environment
Proficient in English, additional languages are a plus
