Areas of Responsibility:

To efficiently and effectively manage all Operation-related technical and administrative activities according to the established standards for Country assets in Germany.

Operation:

To manage windfarm operation directly and/or through the contracts in use.
To create monthly technical reporting for the SPVs.
To constantly monitor and analyze production justifying any deviations.
To analyze and manage plant failure causes by coordinating the problem- solving activities, defining solutions and/or carrying out potential claims vs external suppliers.
To evaluate and implement opportunities for cost reduction and/or improve plant performance in order to increase profit.
To define the scope of work in order to supply appropriate services required to maintain budget performance.
To ensure that the SPVs comply with all legislative and regulation requirements particularly potential general audit-related obligations.
To manage all Substations, external/internal cable lines, wind farms roads & compensation areas of the SPV’s through the contractors in use

Insurance:

To activate the necessary procedures with Insurance & Reporting following accidents deriving from accidental plant faults.

Contract Management:

To support the activities on the active cycle (energy tariff recognition, commercial consignments validation etc.) and the ones supporting the passive cycle (contracts, SPV orders concerning leases, concessions, extraordinary activities, etc.).
To manage commercial and technical-administrative aspects with regards to: intercompany relations, main suppliers, local authorities, the management of operational obligations connected to funding contracts, Operation contracts management (transports, plant technical assistance, security, etc.).

Procurement:

To manage the agreements with contractors in charge of property wind farm maintenance, including budget definition, costs control and passive cycle activities

Studies:

University degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).

Work Experience:

At least 2 years in similar position.

Languages:

Mother tongue German;
Professional / fluent English (written and oral).

IT Skills:

Excellent in MS Office tools
Knowledge of SAP ERP would be a plus

Know – How & Managerial Skills:

willingness to work in a flexible team / organization;
confidence in communicating with external stakeholders (e.g. authorities, municipalities, contractors, et al);
knowledge of German wind industry preferable
