To strengthen our growing department, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, someone who wants to make a difference in a dynamic, international environment. What you can expect:

• Disciplinary leadership and development of a team of Logistics Planners
• Leading logistic projects and managing all relevant interfaces, including IT, Retail, Sales, Supply, international subsidiaries, and operational logistics both domestically and internationally
• Conducting tenders and negotiations and ensuring implementation
• Participating in deriving the logistics strategy from corporate goals/strategies, guiding its implementation, and continuously adapting it to new business requirements

Your profile:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or business engineering with a focus on logistics/materials management
• Several years of professional experience (minimum 7 years) in logistics planning or logistics consulting
• Extensive experience in leading and developing professionals from entry-level to highly qualified experts
• Experience in managing distribution and intralogistics projects and tendering intralogistics concepts
• Broad knowledge in material flow planning and implementation, as well as project and process management
• Strong IT skills, with knowledge of SAP EWM and S4 HANA being advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
