Our Environmental Management Systems, Compliance and Sustainability Team at Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg is looking for an innovative and highly driven project management intern.

What You’ll Do

Help with gap identification, set up and successful completion of the projects
Assist with argumentation, prioritizing and cascading of the projects
Assist Project Managers on the day-to-day responsibilities of planning, tracking and reporting to ensure a smooth project implementation and timely deliveries with high quality
Put into practice your analytical skills and help to establish, implement and maintain both an innovation as well as continuous improvement process
Put into practice your decision making on planning details, control of the implementation and ensuring the transfer of information within the team
Further project support in collaboration with the process owners
Development, optimization and implementation of the existing business strategy in the individual projects
Be the interface to several process owners in different organizational units
Help the team to implement innovative structures with a focus on digital and sustainable solutions

What You’ll Bring

Must have a C1 level in English and German
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Quality or Process Engineering, Sustainable or Environmental Management
Relevant internship experience in a project-oriented environment, preferably gained in the automotive or other manufacturing environment is a big plus
Reliable knowledge of continuous improvement projects, project management and quality management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High motivation and dedication to the success of the project which might require going the extra mile
Proactive work mentality and strong initiative to work efficiently in a team as well as in an organized and independent manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Sound knowledge in digital solutions and sustainability
