We're looking for you to join the Playout & Channel Operations team for a part time job.
Tasks
- You're responsible for the live broadcasting of the Sky Sport portfolio and provide first-level support in the event of a breakdown
- When it comes to operating broadcast automation systems, routers, audio and video mixing consoles, measuring devices and intercom systems, no one can beat you
- During the broadcasting of various live sports broadcasts, you'll be fully responsible for the production environment, including routing and measuring signals, audio mixing, communicating with the responsible trades, adding special advertising and broadcast graphics
- In the event of technical failures, you keep a cool head in order to maintain or restore broadcasting operations in a short-term and targeted manner
- You understand the requirements of program planning, broadcast planning and advertising planning and can translate these into a smooth broadcasting process
- Even the trimming TV features can't dampen your motivation, as you already have experience with common content management systems
Requirements
- You've completed vocational training or a degree in the relevant field of activity
- You'll bring experience in working with IP technology and audio/video solutions
- You can demonstrate very good specialist knowledge in TV in-house production through your conception and design experience
- A high affinity for the Sky product and the associated live handling of sports productions distinguishes you
- You're very reliable, have a structured way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
- You're characterized by a high level of resilience and a strong ability to work in a team
- Clear and solution-oriented communication is one of your strengths
- You enjoy working in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Your very good German and good English skills, both spoken & written, round off your profile
