As a technical coordinator Hardware in control technology for high-voltage direct current transmission, you are responsible for knowledge management, workflows and processes for the role of the project lead Hardware. You also support the team leads in the development of the team members and resource planning as well as extending world wide execution capacities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make a difference
- Onboarding, mentoring and coaching of project lead Hardware
- Lead a dynamic and diverse team
- Exchange and coordinate with partners and manufacturers on loading, Lessons learned and operation models; support in strategic decisions
- Driving internal process documentation, Lessons learned and best practice as well as continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, electrical power engineering or comparable with a standard duration of > 4 years
- Several years of professional experience as well as experience in project management
- Deep knowledge of secondary technology, cubicles manufacturing/testing and EPC contracts
- Technically knowledgeable in the areas of converter technology, high voltage technology and control technology and Knowledge of HVDC technology and plant engineering are ideal
- Perfectly fluent in speaking and writing both German and English
- Basic skills in people management
- Intercultural experience is ideal as well as willing to travel (approx. 20%)
