Your responsibilities

• As a working student you support the team functions for training course management & coordination as well as Educational Media Management
• Supporting (virtual) training activity by planning, facilitation, and follow-ups are part of your tasks
• You process internal documentation in collaboration with internal stakeholders, e.g. Legal, Compliance
• The support of Reporting and Participant Management are part of your tasks
• You create presentations and Learning materials
• You support big events in-person, e.g. congresses and workshops

Your qualification

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) at a university
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken characterizes you
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products are part of your skills
• Good communication skills, self-organization and ability to work in a team also characterize you
• Mandatory: Residency in/close to Hamburg for office attendance
