Help our customers to build their wealth: In our Customer Service Department, we see it as our task to unlock, comfort and assist our users on their journey. Our work stands for empathy, education and guidance. We work confidentially to provide our customers the highest support standard. By listening to our users we can improve our product and offer the best service possible. We ensure to push the goal further to democratize wealth and close the pension gap.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Be the first point of contact for our customers in France and ensure excellent customer experience, especially during our rapid growth
- Understand and solve the challenging requests of our customers and always make them feel that they are in good and safe hands
- Work closely with other departments to answer even the trickiest questions and provide the best possible customer service
- Collaborate with our Tech Team by sharing customer feedback and proactively helping to continuously improve our app
- Take our customer service to the next level and help us to deliver the best service possible experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Main requirement: You already have experience in the areas of customer service (B2C)
- You have the desire to take on responsibility and initiate change through your initiative because customer satisfaction is your top priority
- The financial industry is an exciting area for you and you are interested in getting deeply involved in trading topics
- Experience with customer care tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- You think in solutions, not in problems – and you always stay calm
- We are strong as a team - even with high workloads or in times of stress you stay positive and support your colleagues
- Native French, strong English skills and perfect grammar as well as an eye for detail round off your profile
- You live in Berlin or are open to move
