Custody and Clearing - Securities Services

As a Testing Lead Engineer (f/m/x) you will be responsible for planning, managing, leading, guiding, and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of the test cases, test procedures, and test suites to meet product goals.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and execute manual or automatic test cases/test scripts based on the business / technical requirements, analyse test results, and communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders on the business and technical side
• Maintain the test documentation using JIRA and raise defects in JIRA / ALM QC during execution and track them until resolved and deliver initial estimates of the testing effort needed for new developments and functional enhancement and participate in daily stand-up
• Organize meetings to discuss outstanding issues with the QA team and developers and participate in stand-up meetings and other require QA meetings such as test planning, retrospective, QA status, and update meetings.
• Ensure the test environment is put into place before test execution and managed during test execution meetings, and defect calls and write summary reports on test status during test execution.
• Putting together a Test Automation framework and leading the test team to execute and monitor the automated test execution and report on its progress.

Your skills and experiences

• Multiple years of hands-on experience as a Test Manager / Tester working with developers, product specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle(waterfall/agile), and functional and non-functional test methodologies (both manual and automated).
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in managing relationships with business and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience with test management (manual and automated) and defect management tools and a proven track record in delivering on time.
• Basic knowledge of the financial landscape like clearing, settlement, asset servicing, trading, and experience with financial applications on a large scale would be desirable.
