This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Financial Analyst 4, you will:

• Create monthly transparency on performance and target achievement through comprehensive reporting and analysis of results.
• Support global pricing excellence by monthly reporting and analysis of price erosion, floor prices, average selling price development and tracking of deal escalations.
• Support the global POC Marketing, Communication and Sales team in various topics, reporting and ad hoc analysis to support and drive business decision making and projects
• Execute analytics for various topics
• Create monthly, quarterly presentations to senior executives on status of sales regions and product lines. Support finance leadership in integrating into Region and BL community and culture

• You have experience with sales finance and P&L controlling
• You have the ability to drive efficient use of resources through transparent analysis
• You are capable of challenging assumptions constructively and collaboratively
• You have the ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently with limited supervision
• You have the ability to effectively communicate with different levels of the organization, both within and outside of Finance
• You have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Required skills to have for the success of this role

• Strong systems skills in SAP BW; expert Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
• Knowledge and affinity to digitalization such as new reporting and visualization tools
• Ability to analyze and organize with quality in mind is a main requirement for the position
• Arranging and balancing activities to comply with various tasks and due dates is a key requirement
• Knowledge and experience in project management. Strong attention to detail and analytical ability required
• Good communication and networking skills, result and quality orientation as well as a pro-active attitude
• Excellent team player
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• Candidates typically have >5-8 years of accounting and/or controlling experience
• Experience in the In-vitro Diagnostics business is a plus
• Experience in a Customer Relationship Management and/or Franchise environment is a plus
