The Role

Are you a visionary thinker with a passion for driving organizational and cultural change and innovation? Then we have a unique opportunity for you as a Senior Organizational Change Manager

In this role, you will lead and guide the cultural transformation process for Kyndryl Germany together with the Cultural Transformation leader.

You will be responsible for designing Organizational Change, Leadership Development and Team Development activities to realize our cultural transformation and achieve our business goals.
Using your in-depth knowledge of change and transformation, you will develop change management plans and be responsible for their support, follow-up and implementation.
The cross-hierarchical conception, moderation as well as support of various workshops for the transformation design is also part of your tasks.

You will work collaboratively with senior management and be responsible for identifying and managing suitable external consultants.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8+ years of work experience in business strategy consulting, organizational change management and or transformation
