Change Management Consultants with German in Deutschland bei Fusion Consulting AG

Fusion Consulting is looking for a Change Management Consultant with excellent communication and networking skills.

What you will be doing:

• Create and Execute Change Management Plans according to the specific project
• Facilitate Stakeholder Analysis incl. interviews
• Create and execute Engagement and Communication Plans
• Facilitate Change Impact Analysis and track Mitigation Actions
• Develop engaging and informative communications, including posters, presentations, mailers, videos, etc.
• Align, interact, and collaborate closely with all project stakeholders
• Design and implement Surveys and Evaluations
• Organize and support Information Sessions, Workshops, Events, and Roadshows

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years experience as a Change Manager
• Strong networking and social skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Ability to convey complex information in an understandable way
• MS Office proficiency, video editing and AI knowledge would be a valuable asset.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required by the project needs (approx. 1-2x per month for 3-4 days)
