Purpose of the role

Your Responsibilities
- Advise leaders and act as a sparring partner on all HR matters, including resolving complicated employee relations topics
- Provide guidance to leadership on performance and team building topics
- Drive talent management initiatives to safeguard employee growth and development of our co-workers
- Secure succession planning and strategic workforce management in collaboration with the leaders in your areas
- Work closely with the Works Council on collective bargaining topics
- Act as a catalyst for organizational change, advising and coaching the business leaders
- Contribute to the roll-out of new HR guidelines, policies and tools and work with the Centers of Expertise on the implementation in the business, securing business value
- Analyse and act on trends and metrics within your assigned business areas
What You Bring
- At least 5 years' HR Business Partner experience in a comparable position in an international company
- In-depth knowledge of German labor law and experience with working with works councils
- An independent and solution-oriented approach to work to build and maintain effective and co-operative relationships at all levels.
- Business fluency in German and English
