These exciting tasks await you:

• Recording and securing of all business transactions as well as current accounting

• Accounts receivable/accounts payable

• Processing of the digital invoice workflow, with corresponding release activities

• Independent processing of our receivables management

• Data acquisition and data maintenance

• Dealing with DATEV Enterprise Online

• Support with monthly/quarterly/ and annual financial statements

• Handling with the ERP system "Odoo

• Review and processing of travel expenses

• Cooperation with external service providers

Our requirements:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the area of financial accounting/accounting or a comparable qualification
  

• Relevant work experience in the field of accounting and finance

• Expertise in the field of accounting as well as a significant IT affinity

• Confident handling of MS Office, as well as knowledge of DATEV and ERP systems
  

• Reliability as well as self-evident and responsible handling of sensitive data

• Affinity for numbers and economic or commercial processes

• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
