What your role will be

Are you a student who is passionate about fintechs and alternative investments, and interested in helping us democratise the collectibles asset class? Then join Timeless and support the Product Team as a working student!

This is not your typical working student role; instead, it's your opportunity to join a unique startup and experience a steep learning curve through insights into various areas.

What you will be doing

• Work in a cross-functional product team and come in touch with different stakeholders including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, marketing and senior leadership

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to conduct market research and gather insights to identify customer needs and preferences

• Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps that outline the development and launch of new features or improvements

• Participate in meetings with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to communicate project updates and gather input.

• Help coordinate and track the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products

• Support the Product Manager in analysing product performance metrics and user engagement data.

• Take initiative to propose innovative ideas that enhance the user experience and drive product growth

What we want to see in you

• 
  An enrolled student (B.A. or M.A.) in business, marketing, engineering or a related subject and interested in entering the product field

• Excellent English skills both orally and written as well as communication and interpersonal skills, German is a plus

• Familiar with data and interested in staying up-to-date with new trends in the financial world

• Outcome-oriented and able to articulate the desired outcome and work together with the team to achieve it

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to achieve stretched goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment

• Ideally technically competent with the ability to understand software & product development

• Creative, with good design sense, an understanding of UX/UI is a plus

• Ideally passionate about ecommerce and/or fintech products and have some knowledge about the financial market
