Your impact:
- 2nd Level IT Support and processing of bugs for a SaaS within the Aunetic Group
- You develop an understanding of complex software solutions and the processes behind it
- You serve many international customers of various sizes, mainly working with their key users
- Collaboration in an international team
- You will be responsible for optimizing service management procedures such as standards for processes, monitoring, knowledge database and escalation management.
- You bring ideas to a growing company and actively participate in shaping it.
Your profile:
- You have a deep understanding of IT processes
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration, computer sciences, software development, information systems or similar
- You can read and understand log files and have a basic knowledge of CRON Job, SQL and SSO
- You have a broad knowledge in dealing with customers and managing customer requests
- You enjoy customer contact and have a strong ability communicating and collaborating in English and German
