You support our team as
- Train EagleBurgmann Sales employees, end user, OEM/EPC customers, and partners globally on sealing technology
- Identify training needs, develop tailored global and domestic training programs, and assess performance independently or with trainers and department head
- Communicate effectively with team and management
- Implement effective training methods and promote brand values
- Stay updated on online and in-person training methods, trends, and best practices
- Completion of a technology-related degree, master, technician, or other comparable qualification
- Must possess theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of sealing technology
- At least 4 years of working experience in a technical capacity related to mechanical seals, or rotating equipment
- At least 2 years of working experience in a training capacity
- Prioritizes tasks, multitasks efficiently, adaptable to change
- Self-motivated, independent, quick decision-maker, strategic thinker, problem-solver
- Positive, ethical, calm, and composed under uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills with diverse groups
- Approachable, builds trust, and inspires confidence in insights and directives
- Ensures message and instruction clarity in conversations, training materials and reports
- Proficient in business-level English/German (B2+ or C)
- Travel required domestically as well as globally
- European drivers’ license class B
