- As an expert (m/f/d)) for the "Digital Tax & Customs Workplace", you will participate in shaping the framework conditions of the digital transformation, in particular in the development of digitalized solutions for the tax advice in the Siemens Group.
- You will be working on various projects, such as the enhancement of "TaxSphere", the intelligent entry channel of the tax department, the related functionalities as well as our ticketing systems, the operation and further development of SharePoint sites and the development and support of new technical solutions.
- You are responsible for the support and maintenance of the community belonging to the respective tool.
- You act as an important interface between business and IT and thus contribute to the success of the project.
- You will support the specialist departments with questions relating to the Digital Tax & Customs Workplace and advise the specialist departments on solving problems.
- You will contribute to the digitalization of the tax department (CF T), e.g. by creating and implementing concepts in the area of the Digital Tax & Customs Workplace including the inclusion of cross-country requirements
- You will take on partial/project management for existing applications and actively promote their further developments.
Your profile for "Making the future possible".
- You have a (Bachelor) degree in economics, (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
- You have many years of relevant professional experience in the areas of accounting, taxes/customs and/or IT and have a very good overview of the relevant data structures and business processes within Siemens or other large corporations
- Alternatively, you have completed vocational training with many years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.
- Ideally, you have already had some experience with the topics of digitization or digital business models and see yourself as being able to capture complex issues between technical and non-technical experts and translate the requirements to the other party.
- In addition, you bring experience in defining and designing internal and external business processes from a process perspective.
- Knowledge in the area of data visualization e.g. with Tableau or Power BI and/or experience in project management is desirable
- Your detail-oriented way of working with a solution-oriented approach to solving problems as well as business fluent German and English skills completes your profile.
