As a Technical Assistant, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Perform cell culture techniques including maintenance, expansion, and manipulation of cell lines.
• Conduct molecular cloning experiments such as DNA extraction, PCR, plasmid purification, and vector design.
• Execute basic biochemical assays including protein expression and purification, as well as Western blotting.
• Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, data, and observations.
• Collaborate with the research team to plan and execute experiments.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
