Your Tasks

Lead the redesign and implementation of efficient planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across Beiersdorf Shared Services (BSS).
Collaborate closely with IT and Global Financial Services (GFS) teams, providing robust financial support and driving continuous process improvement.
Oversee international functional leadership, including onboarding, development, and coaching of team members to ensure high performance.
Lead BSS business and financial forecasting, aligning strategies with group objectives and setting ambitious yet realistic targets.
Actively participate in cost steering for IT and GFS, ensuring close collaboration with key functions to optimize financial outcomes.
Play a key role in IT transformation projects, co-creating value and aligning with financial goals.
Support the BSS Finance Manager with special projects, including geographical and functional expansion, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

Your Profile

8+ years of experience in Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong track record of success.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling.
A proactive personality with an entrepreneurial approach, capable of driving initiatives and leading change.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Confident in using MS Office, SAP, and reporting tools within the SAP environment. Power BI skills and an interest in data management tools are a plus.
Fluent in English; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
