The job holder is responsible for the implementation of the following objectives and providing specified values:

• Management and implementation of selected projects in accordance with the project charter, e.g. to further develop internal department communication, support business governance initiatives or the harmonization of project management
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, incl. project charters and schedules, status reports, decision papers and meeting minutes
• Facilitating flow of communication between project stakeholders in various departments, informing about progress, potential changes, managing resubmissions, monitoring follow-ups
• Development and maintenance of standard presentations, reports and templates for various purposes (incl. project related material, department slides, country reports, stakeholder research)
• Developing internal communication channels (intranet, TEAMS, etc.); co-creating and publishing of content and ensuring consistency in communication and representation of department
• Coordination of third-party suppliers: creation and tracking of purchase orders or request for proposals, managing contracts, ensuring timely payment, onboarding of new vendors and managing the implementation of new procurement guidelines for the department
• Advanced coordinative tasks in an international environment, incl. calendar and travel management (incl. planning, preparation, and travel expenses) for senior leaders
• Planning and coordination of internal and external meetings, workshops, and events (incl. invitations, coordination & logistics, catering, IT)
• Onboarding of new hires for the department, incl. onboarding schedules, ordering of hard- and software; ensuring ideal onboarding experience of new employees for the department
• Learning records management

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or another relevant subject; first practical experience in project management/coordination or marketing would be a plus
• Alternatively, Commercial Training in combination with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in project coordination, marketing, communications, or event management
• Strong communication skills, being able to communicate and build reliable networks with internal and external stakeholders on different managerial levels
• Feeling comfortable in a global dynamic environment with a talent for organization and a good sense of judgement when it comes to setting priorities
• Solution-oriented mindset; comfortable with handling multiple deadlines and changing priorities
• Service orientated with high degree of integrity, discretion and initiative
• Confident handling of all MS Office applications
• Fluent German and English language skills
