Logistics Working Student - Zalando Fashion Studios in Berlin

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The Logistics Working Student will support our Keystyles Warehouse Team to prepare keystyles (marketing samples) for our Marketing teams to use in styling. You will join a team which is part of Zalando Studios. Working together with the Visual Merchandising and Buying Teams, you will also support ensuring high-quality and relevant samples which reflect brands and products that will help fuel our mission to be the Starting Point for Fashion.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• Processing and monitoring of inbound and outbound keystyle (incl. data management and labeling) for our marketing samples.

• Inventory management - adapting keystyle warehouse mapping to your stakeholder needs.

• Packing & Shipping samples to the production locations, our brand partners and Zalando warehouses.

• Process improvements - continue to drive efficiency in the keystyle warehouse to enable quick turnaround in response to changing timelines and needs.

• Assistance in processing email requests.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You are currently studying, preferably with a focus on operations, logistics or business administration (fashion is a plus).

• You have interests in analytics and an affinity for fashion trends and brands.

• You are available to work for 20 hours per week.

• You are well organized and you are able to adapt processes quickly to an agile environment.

• You keep an overview in stressful situations.

• You have basic knowledge of Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and MS Excel (Microstrategy as a plus).

• You have good communication skills in English for the daily exchange with our stakeholders.
