About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Berlin on a freelance or part time basis. As part of our small, international team, you'll contribute to our mission by preparing and executing plant installations, particularly focusing on making offices across Berlin greener. If you're passionate about plants and have a knack for DIY projects, this role is perfect for you!

‍ Your Profile

• Hands-on attitude with a willingness to grow with an early-stage startup.

• Comfortable getting your hands dirty and using tools like a drill.

• Able to lift 25kg independently.

• Proactive, have initiative, can work independently, and love organizing things.

• You have an EU driver’s license and feel comfortable driving a van (up to 3.5t).

• Interest in interior design and creating plant-filled environments.

• Previous experience working with plants or flowers is a huge plus!

• Fluent in English (C1); German proficiency is advantageous.
